  • $400 for Wedding Ceremony Only

  • $400 1.5 hours

  • $450 2 hours

For Weddings:  "Ceremony only" rate is a flat fee rather than for an exact length of time since it can be hard to predict how long it will actually last and if it will start on time.  Some types of ceremonies may have an extra fee for the extra time, particularly for Catholic full mass weddings and Indian weddings.  This flat rate includes prelude music starting 30 minutes beforehand, processionals, interlude if needed (unity candle, communion, etc), recessional, and then one more song while guests exit their chairs.  You may want additional music for the receiving line, photos, cocktail hour, dinner or the whole reception.  In that case, choose a multiple-hour package that will include your ceremony, considering your prelude start time.  Prices can be broken down to the quarter-hour to line up with your timeline.

For All Events:

  • All Saturday events JUNE-SEPTEMBER have a 2-hour minimum.

  • A SPECIAL SONG FEE of $50 -100 will be added for requests which are not in our repertoire.  We are happy to email you our song lists in advance for you to preview what is already in our repertoire.

  • A TRAVEL FEE may apply.  Please include your event location in your inquiry.

  • The quartet normally plays acoustically but offers the option to amplify their instruments by bringing necessary equipment when desired.  The AMPLIFICATION FEE is an additional $100.  Instrument volume is not usually a problem for wedding ceremonies when guests are quieter, but often amplification is needed for receptions of 100+ people.  This must be arranged for in advance as the equipment is not always available.  Electrical outlets must be available.
