Our CEREMONY ONLY fees are are flat fees rather than for an exact length of time since it can be hard to predict how long it will actually last and if it will start on time. Some types of ceremonies may have an extra fee for the extra time, particularly for Catholic full mass weddings and Indian weddings.
If you wish to add reception time to a ceremony, the ceremony fee is considered the first hour beginning 30 minutes before ceremony start with your prelude music.
JUNE through SEPTEMBER: A minimum of 2 hours is required for all Saturday events.
We charge a fee of $50 for SPECIAL MUSIC REQUESTS when new sheet music must be found, purchased, arranged and rehearsed. We are happy to email you our song lists in advance for you to preview what is in our repertoire.

We offer AMPLIFICATION for an additional $100. This includes the options of amplifying the instruments as well as a mic for your wedding officiant. Instrument volume is not usually a problem for the ceremony when guests are quieter, but often amplification is needed for a large crowd reception as guests get louder and louder. Additionally, we can provide a wireless lapel mic, speaker, set up and sound check for your officiant. It's a shame when your family and friends cannot hear your beautiful wedding ceremony! Often a loud voice is not enough. This must be arranged for in advance as equipment is not always available. These services are often needed when by the water or where there is a lot of ambient noise. Electrical outlets must be available.
