Our wedding ceremony fees are are flat fees rather than per the hour since it can be hard to predict how long it will actually last and if it will start on time. We allow for a 30-minute late start while we continue with our prelude music with no extra charge since we know wedding often run late!

There may be an additional fee for special music requests when new sheet music must be purchased, arranged and rehearsed.

HARP/CELLO DUO: Because there is more involved in the transportation and set up for a harp, our harp/cello duo rates are higher then our other duo options. Ceremony fee is $425. Extra time is the same $80/hr. For other special occasions, the first hour is $325. If outdoors, there is an additional fee of $50. (Only for this duo option.) The location needs to be wheelchair accesible (to allow for movement of the harp) and the ground must be level where we will perform for the harp to be stable.
VOCALIST: When available, we offer the option of including a talented, female vocalist for your ceremony with the instrumentation that you choose. This is a nice option when you want to hear the meaningful words to a special song you want included. The fee for this is $75 for up to three songs.
AMPLIFICATION: We do not charge extra to amplify our group. If you would like a lapel or handheld mic for your wedding officiant, we charge an additional $75. It's a shame when your family and friends cannot hear your beautiful wedding ceremony! Often a loud voice is not enough.
DISCOUNTED RATES: If you would like to support young talent by including advanced high school students as part of your group, you will receive a discounted rate. Please note that the only options with students are 2 cellos (including one professional and one student) or 4 cellos (including 1 professional and 3 students.) The duo is $265 for a wedding ceremony, $190/first hr for other events and $60/extra hour. The quartet is $395 for a wedding ceremony, $290/first hour for other events and $100/extra hour.
